There has been a lot of controversy around the potential negative impact to creative arts with Artificial Intelligence. But there is also the potential for technology to liberate ideas.
Turkish Artist Alper Yesiltas released a series of images titled "As if nothing happened". Behind this project lies the question of "how would people look if some great events had not happened to them".
The series reimagines what Heath Ledger, Tupac, Princess Diana (see all 3 below) could look like today or in future. There are other famous identities including Emma Stone, Dua Lipa, Ronaldo, Steve Jobs, Harry Styles and more. You can see the series on his Instagram.
I am pretty sure that the Tupac image is not AI-generated 😉
